Terrance L. Dandridge II, 26, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with falsely reporting an incident 3rd degree after Dandridge told deputies that he had been kidnapped from his residence in Buffalo, NY, and driven to the town of Elba on August 8, 2022 at 4:38p.m.
Dandridge claimed he had been tied up in his vehicle before he was able to escape and was discovered roadside on Lockport road near Rt. 98. A passerby in the area called 911 and he was transported to the hospital for an evaluation. Deputies say he suffered no apparent injury and through investigation, deputies say the incident as reported by Dandridge did not occur.
Dandridge was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Elba Court on August 24, 2022, at 5:00p.m.
