On July 30, 2022, at approximately 2:48 a.m., Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Beth E. Jerome, 41, of Albion, NY, for driving while Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
Troopers stopped Jerome on Route 98 in the town of Elba for several traffic infractions. While interviewing Jerome, she exhibited several signs of impairment along with failing field sobriety tests. Jerome was placed under arrest and transported to SP Batavia, where a chemical breath test revealed a .09% BAC.
Jerome was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elba court, where she is due to appear at a later date.
