Seth A. Wilt,18, of Corfu, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree after allegedly stealing over $1,000 worth of merchandise from his employer at 836 Lewiston road in Batavia over a period of time while working as an employee.
Wilt was arrested on October 12, 2022 and was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 27, 2022 at 1:00p.m.
