Brian A. Erbach, 39, of Silver Springs, NY, was arrested following a domestic incident in the Village of Silver Springs. Erbach allegedly kicked in a door to a residence causing damage to the door and door frame, and when inside caused physical injury with a dangerous instrument to the victim. The victim was the protected party in a stay away order of protection who Erbach was ordered to stay away from. The incident allegedly occurred in the presence of three small children.
Erbach, a convicted felon, was located following the incident on Albro Road in the Town of Pike where he was taken into custody.
Erbach is charged with aggravated criminal contempt, assault in the second degree, aggravated family offense, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Erbach was arraigned in Warsaw Village Court where bail was set in the amount of $20,000.00 cash, $40,000.00 bond, or $80,000.00 partially secured bond.
Erbach is scheduled for further court proceedings on November 14, 2022 in the Village of Silver Springs Court.

A traffic stop for failure to stay right on East Main Street in the Village of Arcade, resulted in the arrest of the vehicle operator, Kenneth M. Ives,70, of Arcade, NY, for driving while intoxicated.
After Deputy Collingridge observed general indicators of impairment and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the operator’s breath, Ives was asked to submit to field sobriety tests roadside and performed poorly. Ives was arrested for DWI and submitted to a chemical test which determined his BAC to be .10%
He is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to keep right.
Ives was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Arcade Court on November 17, 2022 at 3:00p.m.
