GENESEE COUNTY/Drug Task Force arrest two Rochester men after a 6-month investigation

Stevonne J. Jones, 31, of Rochester, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies, after allegedly selling a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force while in Batavia on two separate occasions.

Jones was arrested on November 2, 2022, after a 6-month investigation and was already in custody in Monroe County. He was transported to Genesee County and then arrested under a sealed indictment warrant out of Genesee County Court.

Jones was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released under supervision.

Tyshon McCullough aka “Fatboy”, 27, of Rochester, NY, is charged with 5 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree and 5 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, both class B felonies, after allegedly selling a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force while in Batavia on five separate occasions.

McCullough was arrested on November 4, 2022, after a 6-month investigation and was in Batavia City Court on a separate matter when he was taken into custody on a sealed warrant out of Genesee County Court.

He was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on recognizance.
