Arrested on 10/27/2022– Louis Coleman, 50, of Batavia, NY. Coleman was indicted by a Wyoming County Grand Jury on one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, both class B felonies. He is accused of selling methamphetamine in the Village of Attica to the Wyoming County Drug Task Force in 2022.
Arrested on 11/6/2022- Jacob Burdic, 37, of Belfast, NY. Burdic was indicted by a Wyoming County Grand Jury on two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and two counts criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, both class D felonies. He is accused of selling methamphetamine in the Town of Arcade to the Wyoming County Drug Task Force in 2022.
Arrested on 11/7/2022- Cameron Federico, 23, of Batavia, NY. Federico was indicted by a Wyoming County Grand Jury for conspiracy in the fourth degree, class E felony. He is accused of conspiring to sell methamphetamine in the Village of Attica to the Wyoming County Drug Task Force in 2022.
