A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Stacey A. King, accusing her of criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree, a class D felony, and falsifying business records 1st degree, a class E felony, on October 1, 2021 in the City of Batavia.

King allegedly presented a fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination record card to her employer.

A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Martin P. Macioszek II, he is accused of the crime of grand larceny 3rd degree, a class D felony, after allegedly stealing property having a value in excess of $3,000 between May 2020 and September 2020 in the town of Batavia.

A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Katherine J. Briggs, accusing her of criminal contempt 1st degree, a class E felony, after violating a stay away order of protection on July 27, 2022 in the City of Batavia.

The District Attorney, Kevin T. Finnell, accuses Briggs of having been convicted of the crime of criminal contempt 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, on March 16, 2021 in City Court, in the City of Batavia. The conviction was within 5 years of the alleged crime in the current indictment.
