On November 11, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested David G. Heckathorn, 52, of Arcade, NY, charging him with DWI.
During a traffic stop on Route 78 in the town of Java, Heckathorn was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment while allegedly operating a vehicle. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where he refused to submit to a chemical test.
Heckathorn was released with appearance tickets for the town of Java court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
