On November 23, 2022, Summer R. Sewar, 29, of Oakfield, NY, was charged with DWAI/drugs after deputies responded to a check the welfare on Judge road in Alabama on August 24, 2022.
Following an investigation, deputies say Sewar was allegedly operating her motor vehicle while allegedly impaired by drugs. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with an appearance ticket.
Sewar will appear in Alabama Town Court on December 12, 2022 at 6:00p.m.

Modesto O. Domingo Cardenas, 29, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following an investigation into a domestic incident in Elba on November 24, 2022.
Domingo Cardenas was released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 14, 2022 at 9:00a.m.

Tara L. Hall-Dilaura, 44, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of controlled substance 7th degree, tampering with physical evidence and insufficient turn signal/less than 100 feet, after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Batavia on November 24, 2022.
Hall-Dilaura allegedly was in possession of controlled substances and allegedly hid the controlled substances on her person while deputies conducted the traffic stop.
She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets.
Hall-Dilaura will appear in the town of Batavia Court on December 7, 2022 at 10:00a.m.
