On December 7, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Brooke F. Howe, 37, of Bennington, NY, charging her with DWI.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Church Road in the town of Bennington and during the interview, Howe was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment.
Howe was arrested, transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where she refused to submit a chemical test. She was released with appearance tickets for the town of Bennington Court, where she is due to appear at a later date.

On December 10, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Hayley C. Hopkins, 26, of Attica, NY, charging her with DWI.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Exchange Street Road in the town of Attica and during the interview, Hopkins was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment.
Hopkins failed standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.14% BAC. Hopkins was released with appearance tickets for the town of Attica Court, where she is due to appear at a later date.
