FUND BATAVIA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF BATAVIA, GENESEE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City School District of the City of Batavia, Genesee County,
New York (the “District”) will hold a public hearing in the Superintendent’s Conference Room at
Batavia High School, 260 State Street, Batavia, New York, in the District, on 12/19/22 at 6 p.m. for
any taxpayers and qualified voters of the District, for the purpose of discussions on the authorization
and approval of the transfer of up to from the District’s Repair Reserve Fund to the
District’s general fund to pay for replacement and repair of the public address/clock system at the
Batavia High School and entry and classroom door hardware at Robert Morris and award of contracts
related thereto.
