Joseph M. Morelli, 54, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, while at the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office Probation Office in the City of Batavia at 15 Main Street on December 14, 2022.
Morelli was issued Uniform traffic tickets returnable to Batavia City Court on February 8, 2023 at 9:00a.m.
Morelli was released to a third party after his arrest.

Rachel B. Solomon, 30, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with aggravated criminal contempt, assault 3rd degree, and endangering the welfare of a child, after a domestic incident in the town of Alabama on January 2, 2023 at 2:45a.m.
Solomon was transported to the Genesee County Jail to wait for arraignment on the charges.

Ronald C. Inzinna, 54, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th and harassment 2nd, after allegedly subjecting another person to physical contact and preventing that person from calling 911 for emergency services on December 30, 2022 at 6:00p.m. at an address in LeRoy.
Inzinna was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and released on his own recognizance and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on January 3, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Adam J. Pape, 35, of Pavilion, NY, is charged with felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more/previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, using a vehicle without an interlock device, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, along with other vehicle and traffic charges, after a traffic stop on Telephone road in Pavilion on December 30, 2022 at 8:11p.m.
Pape was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. He will appear in Pavilion Town Court on January 17, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Nia H. Spring, 23, of Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and grand larceny 4th after being arrested on December 30, 2022 at 8:30p.m.
Spring was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and then arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released under supervision. Spring is due back in Alabama Town Court on January 12, 2023 at 6:00p.m.

Solomon allegedly violated an order of protection by harassing the protected party.
Solomon was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and held without bail.

Felski was arraigned on January 1, 2023 in Alabama Town Court and released on recognizance.
