Cory B. Buckenmeyer, 32, of Alexander, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI/driving with a BAC of .18% or more, driving left of pavement markings, operating a motor vehicle on a public highway using a mobile phone, no seat belt, and a speed violation/unreasonable speed, after a motor vehicle accident in Bethany at Creek Road and Putnam Road on January 20, 2023.
Buckenmeyer was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the town of Bethany Court on February 22, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Michele L. DiFalco, 34, of Alabama, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs, moving from a lane unsafely and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, following an accident on Judge Road in Alabama on November 8, 2022.
DiFalco was initially released pending lab results. She was later arrested on January 21, 2023 and issued appearance tickets for Alabama Town Court on February 7, 2023 at 6:00p.m.

Ronald C. Inzinna, 54, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly violating an order of protection issued by Stafford Town Court.
Inzinna was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on February 7, 2023 at 4:30p.m.
