A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Ronald M. Washburn, accusing him of the crime of sexual abuse first degree, a class D violent felony, after allegedly subjecting another person, less than 11 years old, to sexual contact between the months of February 2018 and April 2018 in the City of Batavia.
In Count 2, Washburn is further accused of the crime of course sexual conduct against a child in the second degree, a class D felony, between the dates of July 2008 and July of 2012, in the City of Batavia, after allegedly engaging in two or more acts of sexual conduct with a child less than 13 years old.
