A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted David J. Leroy, accusing him of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon third degree, a class D felony.

Leroy allegedly knowingly possessed a switchblade knife on or about July 25, 2022 in the town of Pembroke.

Leroy was allegedly previously convicted of the crime of menacing second degree, a class A misdemeanor on March 9, 2022 in the town of Pembroke. This alleged conviction forms the basis for the current indictment.

Shannon L. Marvin has been indicted and is accused of grand larceny fourth degree, a class E felony, after allegedly stealing property, a credit card, on or about and during the month of October 2021 in the town of Bergen.

A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Cindy L. Bush, accusing her of the crime of driving while intoxicated, a class E felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation third degree, a misdemeanor, after allegedly operating a 2004 Chevy on Ross Street while allegedly in an intoxicated condition while her license was suspended or revoked on April 24, 2022.

Bush was allegedly previously convicted of the crime of driving while ability impaired by drugs as a misdemeanor on February 5, 2015 in the City of Batavia. This alleged conviction is within 10 years of the crime alleged in the current indictment.

Geovanny Lopez has been indicted and is accused of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle first degree, a class E felony, driving while intoxicated, a class E felony, and circumvention of an interlock device, a class a misdemeanor, while operating a 2009 Ford on Interstate 490 in the town of LeRoy on August 4, 2022.

Lopez was allegedly operating a vehicle on a suspended or revoked license while allegedly under the influence of alcohol or a drug without an interlock device.

Lopez was allegedly previously convicted of driving while intoxicated as a misdemeanor on December 12, 2016 in the City of Yonkers. This alleged conviction forms the basis for the suspension or revocation referred to in Count One of the current indictment. The alleged conviction was also within ten years of the current indictment.
