Malik Aguiniga, 24, of Lorain, Ohio, was arrested following a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of Warsaw on January 31, 2023.
Aguiniga was stopped following a seat belt violation and following the traffic stop and field sobriety testing, was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Aguiniga was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s
Office and was found to be allegedly impaired and unable to operate a vehicle safely.
Aguiniga is charged with no seat belt, DWAI/drugs, consumption of cannabis in a motor
vehicle, and unlawful possession of cannabis – more than three ounces in a vehicle.
He was released with appearance tickets returnable to Village Court at a later date.

Emioluwa Abiola, 20, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on January 28, 2023 in the
Town of Warsaw.
Abiola was stopped for a window tint violation and when asked for identification, she provided a family members driver’s license. During an investigation, it was discovered that Abiola had a suspended driver’s license and was attempting to avoid arrest by impersonating a family member.
Abiola is charged with criminal impersonation 2nd degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree,
two widow tint violations, and possession of another person’s license. She was released with appearance
tickets returnable to Town of Warsaw Court at a later date.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Route 63 in the Town of
Covington on February 1, 2023, following the observation of a vehicle speeding.
Upon speaking with the operator, John P. Delorbe, 22, of NY,NY, it was discovered that Delorbe was currently suspended with two active suspensions.
Delorbe was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and issued citations for speeding over 55. Delorbe is to answer the charges on February 20, 2023 in Covington Town
