Dana L. Powers, 52, of Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd degree, a class D felony, and falsifying business records 1st degree, a class E felony, in a December 6, 2022 incident at Prestige Crossing in Batavia, NY.
Powers was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court/Pembroke Town Court by Judge Mileham on January 28, 2023. Powers is being held without bail and will appear in Batavia Town Court on February 14, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Baillie M. Schwab, 23, of Attica, NY, is charged with felony DWI/previous conviction, operating a motor vehicle with driver’s view obstructed and, speeding in excess of the posted speed limit following a traffic stop in the City of Batavia on Oak Street on January 29, 2023 at 2:55a.m.
Schwab was issued uniform traffic tickets and was released to a third party.
Schwab will appear in Batavia City Court on February 22, 2023 at 9:00a.m.
