A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Frank P. Falletti, accusing him of the crimes of criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree, a class D felony, and falsifying business records first degree, a class E felony, after allegedly possessing a forged instrument, a NYS registration document and allegedly omitting or making a true entry in the business records of an enterprise in violation of duty to do so which was imposed upon him by law or by nature off his position when he failed to enter a 2019 Mazda into a NYS online registry, VERIFY, with intent to defraud, that included an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.

The incident occurred on or about August 9, 2021 in the City of Batavia.

Joseph T. Martino has been indicted and is accused of the crimes of burglary third degree, class D felony, and grand larceny fourth degree, a class E felony, in an incident at 216 East Main Street in the City of Batavia on October 9, 2022.

Martino allegedly unlawfully entered a building at the above address and allegedly stole property having a value exceeding $1,000.

Chad S. Williams has been indicted and is accused of the crimes of criminal possession of stolen property fourth degree, a class E felony, criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree, a class D felony, criminally using drug paraphernalia second degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminal impersonation second degree, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly being found with a stolen 2008 Honda Civic in the City of Batavia on November 8, 2022.

Williams was allegedly in possession of a written forged instrument, a Texas State motor vehicle registration number at the same above location and date. He also was allegedly in possession of gelatin capsules, glassine envelopes, vials, and packaging materials for individual quantities of narcotic drugs or stimulants on the same above date and location above. Williams is further accused of impersonating another person with intent to obtain a benefit or injure or defraud another.
