James D. Conway, 36, no address provided, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th degree, a class E felony, after allegedly operating and possessing a stolen vehicle in the town of Bethany on Broadway Road on February 6, 2023 at 1:34p.m.
Conway was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Bethany Town Court on March 1, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

David M. Wahl, 57, of Scottsville, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, no left side mirror, unsecured license plate and uninspected motor vehicle, following a traffic stop on S. Lake Street Road in Bergen, NY on February 6, 2023 at 9:08p.m.
Wahl was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of narcotics during the traffic stop.
Wahl was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on February 15, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Diane M. McKay, 57, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI/driving with a BAC of .18% or more and no/inadequate lights, following a traffic stop in the town of Stafford on Rt. 5 on February 5, 2023, at 2:47a.m.
McKay was issued uniform traffic tickets on all charges and was released.
McKay is to appear in Stafford Town Court on March 21, 2023 at 10:00a.m. in front of Judge Mattice.
