WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/February 21, 2023

Dylan Crater, 19, of Warsaw, NY, was arrested by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher, after an
investigation into a motor vehicle crash on Rt. 39 in the Town of Castile on February 14, 2023.

Crater was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Castile Town Court 02/27/2023 at 6:30 PM.

No one was injured in the accident.

On February 19, 2023, at approximately 2:06 A.M., Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office Deputies
responded to Shearing Road in the Town of Gainesville for the report of a suspicious vehicle in
the front yard of a residence.

Upon arrival, Deputies spoke with the operator of that vehicle who was identified as Santo Consiglio, no age or address provided. While speaking with Consiglio, Deputies recognized Consiglio to be allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. Consiglio was asked to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Testing which he performed poorly. Consiglio was then taken to be evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). In the DRE’s expert opinion, Consiglio was impaired by drugs and was unsafe to operate a motor vehicle.
Consiglio was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Consiglio was
issued appearance tickets and is to appear in Gainesville Town Court on March 6, 2023 at 6:00 P.M.

On February 16, 2023, at approximately 5:57p.m., a Deputy from the Wyoming County
Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Route 78 in the Town of Sheldon. The operator
of the vehicle, identified as Steven Rulli, 34, of East Aurora, NY, was found to have two active suspensions on his NYS driver’s license.

Rulli was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. Rulli was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Sheldon Court at a later date.

On February 14, 2023, Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the Livingston County
Jail that Matthew Stillman, 39, of Canesteo, NY, was inside visiting an inmate. A warrant had been issued for Stillman’s arrest by Covington Town Court after Stillman failed to answer a summons.

Stillman had been charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and speeding. A Wyoming County Deputy met Stillman as he left his visit at the jail and placed him under arrest on the warrant.

Stillman was arraigned in Perry Town Court for the above charges. Stillman is to appear in the Covington
Town Court on March 13, 2023 at 6:00p.m.

Randy Everett, 37, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested on February 19, 2023, following a traffic stop. Everett was stopped on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon for speeding.

During the traffic stop it was discovered that Everett’s driving privileges were suspended three times on two dates for failure to answer summons in Cheektowaga.

Everett was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree and speeding. He is to appear in the Sheldon Town Court on March 6, 2023 at 6:30p.m.

On February 16, 2023, at approximately 6:49p.m., a Deputy from the Wyoming County
Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon.

A DMV check of the vehicle’s registration showed one active suspension, due to an insurance lapse. The
operator of the vehicle, Devon Johnson, 33, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested and charged with operating while registration suspended/revoked.

Johnson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sheldon Court at a later date.
