Christian P. Voigt Jr., 23, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd degree and harassment 2nd degree after allegedly damaging property and placing his hands on one of the victims during a domestic incident in Batavia on February 26, 2023 at 11:16a.m.
Voigt was held at the Genesee County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court.

Jayne B. Liotto, 63, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to keep right after a one vehicle motor vehicle accident on Drake Street Road in Elba on February 24, 2023 at 1:001a.m.
Liotta was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Elba Town Court on March 15, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Andrea M. Kreutter, 33, of Bethany, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop on May 13, 2022 on East Main Street Road in Batavia.
Kreutter was allegedly in possession of illegal narcotics during a traffic stop. Kreutter is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on March 14, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Hector Y. Hernandez, 22, of Rochester, NY, is charge with DWI and speeding in a 55-mph zone on Apple Tree Avenue in Bergen on February 26, 2023 at 3:34a.m.
Hernandez was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on April 5, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Kevin M. Monell, 31, of Medina, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a carton of cigarettes from a smoke shop on Bloomingdale Road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on February 22, 2023 at 2:45p.m.
Monell was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on March 7, 2023 at 6:00p.m.
