On March 3, 2023, SP Machias Troopers arrested Kenneth D. Pleace, 45, of Bliss, NY charging him with Burglary 3rd Degree.
Troopers investigating a break-in at a vacant residence on South Main Street in the village of Delevan located Pleace inside that residence.
Pleace was arrested and arraigned in Franklinville Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in Yorkshire Town Court later this month. Pleace was turned over to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant.
