John J. Saddler, 35, of South Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with burglary second, aggravated criminal contempt, grand larceny fourth, and petit larceny. On 2/27/23, Officer Post arrested Saddler on the above charges following an investigation into a violation of a court order. It is alleged that Saddler violated a stay away order of protection by entering the protected persons home and stealing property, including a NYS benefits card, and then using the card at a local business. Saddler was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Rogers and remanded to the Genesee County Jail until his reappearance in Batavia City Court on 3/22/23 at 1:00pm.
Ariel N. Pontillo, 32, of Washington Avenue, Batavia, NY, is charged with DWAI drugs and failure to keep right. On 2/25/23, Officer Weglarski arrested Pontillo on the above charges after a traffic stop on 12/16/22 where Pontillo was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Pontillo was issued tickets to appear in Batavia City Court on 3/8/23 at 9:00am.
Michael E. Wilson, 29, of East Main Street Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI and insufficient tail lamps. On 2/26/23, Officer Weglarski arrested Wilson on the above charges after an investigation during a traffic stop. Wilson was issued tickets to appear in Batavia City Court on 3/15/23 at 9:00am.
Rebecca R. Fugate, 22, of Woodrow Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment second degree. On 2/24/23, Officer Yung arrested Fugate for harassment second degree. Fugate allegedly struck another resident at a residential care home. Fugate was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 3/7/23 at 1:00pm.
Heather L. Armstrong, 46, of Ellicott Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment second degree. On 2/28/23, Officer Post arrested Armstrong for harassment second degree after an investigation into a disturbance at a local business. Armstrong was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on 3/08/23 at 1:00pm.
