On March 18, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw with the assistance of New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, arrested Yasmine M. Bennett, 25, of Rochester, NY, and Siarrah L. Centeno, 27, of Bronx, NY, charging them with promoting prison contraband 2nd degree.
Troopers arrested Bennett and Centeno for allegedly having marijuana on their persons while inside the Attica Correctional Facility. Both were transported to SP Warsaw for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to Attica town court at a later date.

On March 18, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Steven J. Leach, 70, of Attica, NY, charging him with DWI.
Troopers responded to a disabled vehicle on Route 78 in the town of Wethersfield. During an interview, Leach was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15% BAC.
Leach was released with appearance tickets for the town of Wethersfield court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
