Adam M. Zastrocky, 38, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI/driving with a BAC of .18% or more, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving to the left of pavement markings in a no passing zone, and refusal to take a breath test, after a motor vehicle crash on Cockram Road in the Town of Byron on April 20, 2023 at 10:00p.m.
Zastrocky was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol according to deputies.
Zastrocky is to appear in the Town of Byron Court on May 15, 2023 at 4:30p.m.

Christopher S. Usselman, 31, no address provided, is charged with criminal mischief third degree and obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, after allegedly damaging property following an incident inside the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main Street on April 18, 2023.
Usselman was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia City Court on May 28, 2023.
