On April 17, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Kerra J. Segelin, 28, of Rochester, NY, charging her with introducing contraband into a prison.
On April 17, 2023, Troopers responded to the Attica Correctional Facility in the town of Attica to assist NYSDOCCS with a female visitor who was allegedly in possession of marijuana. Troopers placed Segelin under arrest and she was transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Attica court for May 8, 2023.
