WYOMING COUNTY/Home suffers significant damage in Friday afternoon fire

According to the Wyoming County Office of Emergency Services, a home at 7693 Kendall Road in the Town of Covington, suffered significant damage after a fire on April 21, 2023.

13 fire companies responded to the home owned by Arian Brubaker about 2:23p.m.

The home suffered $100,000 in damages. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and no one was injured in the blaze.

Two adults and two children living in the home are being assisted by family and friends.

Fire crews from Perry Center, Perry, Castile, Warsaw, Wyoming, Silver Springs, Mt. Morris, Cuylerville, Leicester, Caledonia, Pavilion and LeRoy responded to the scene along with Perry Ambulance.

Also assisting on scene, Wyoming County Emergency Services, Wyoming Correctional, Perry Squad 10 and National Grid.
