THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF GENESEE, by this Indictment, accuses the Defendant, ANDREW W. TAYLOR, of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, a class E felony, in that he, the said ANDREW W. TAYLOR, on or about the 21st day of November, 2022, while at Pawn King located at 4140 Veterans Memorial Drive, in the Town of Batavia, County of Genesee, State of New York, with intent to defraud, made or caused a falsely entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit: a Pawn King Bill of Sale, and the intent to defraud included an intent to conceal the commission of another crime, to wit: Petit Larceny.
COUNT TWO:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the said, ANDREW W. TAYLOR, of the crime of PETIT LARCENY, a class A misdemeanor, in that he, the said ANDREW W. TAYLOR, on or about the 21st day of November, 2022, while at Rite Aid located at 4155 West Main Street, in the Town of Batavia, County of Genesee, State of New York, did steal property, to wit: an Oral B Pro 500 and WaterPik water flosser.

THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF GENESEE, by this Indictment, accuses the Defendant, VINCENT S, KOVACH, of the crime of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON IN THE THIRD DEGREE, a class D felony, in that he, the said VINCENT S. KOVACH, on or about the 21st day of April, 2023, in the Town of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, possessed an assault weapon, to wit: an AR-15 pistol, said pistol being a semiautomatic pistol with an ability to accept a detachable magazine and the capacity to accept an ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip.
COUNT TWO;
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the Defendant VINCENT S. KOVACH, of the crime of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON IN THE THIRD DEGREE, a class D felony, in that he, the said VINCENT S. KOVACH, on or about the 21st day of April, 2023, in the Town of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, possessed an assault weapon, to wit: an AR-15 pistol, said pistol being a semiautomatic pistol with an ability to accept a detachable magazine and with a threaded barrel capable of accepting a barrel extender, flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer.
COUNT THREE:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the Defendant VINCENT S. KOVACH, of the crime of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON IN THE THIRD DEGREE, a class D felony, in that he, the said VINCENT S, KOVACH, on or about the 21st day of April, 2023, in the Town of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, possessed an assault weapon, to wit: an AR-15 pistol, said pistol being a semiautomatic pistol with an ability to accept a detachable magazine and with a shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel that permits the shooter to hold the firearm with the non-trigger hand without being burned.
COUNT FOUR:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the Defendant VINCENT S. KOVACH, of the crime of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON IN THE THIRD DEGREE, a class D felony, in that he, the said VINCENT S. KOVACH, on or about the 21st day of April, 2023, in the Town of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, possessed an assault weapon, to wit: an AR-15 pistol, said pistol being a semiautomatic pistol with an ability to accept a detachable magazine and having a manufactured weight of fifty ounces or more when the pistol is unloaded.
COUNT FIVE:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the Defendant VINCENT S. KOVACH, of the crime of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON IN THE THIRD DEGREE, a class D felony, in that he, the said VINCENT S. KOVACH, on or about the 21st day of April, 2023, in the Town of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, possessed an assault weapon, to wit: an AR-15 pistol, said pistol being a semiautomatic pistol with an ability to accept a detachable magazine and is a semiautomatic version of an automatic rifle, shotgun or firearm.
COUNT SIX:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the Defendant VINCENT S. KOVACH, of the crime of UNLAWFUL PURCHASE OF BODY ARMOR, a class A misdemeanor, in that he, the said VINCENT S. KOVACH, on or about May, 2022 to the 21st day of April, 2023, in the Town of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, purchased or took possession of body armor.
COUNT SEVEN:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this Indictment, further accuses the Defendant VINCENT S. KOVACH, of the crime of UNLAWFUL PURCHASE OF BODY ARMOR, a class A misdemeanor, in that he, the said VINCENT S. KOVACH, on or about January, 2023 to the 21st day of April, 2023, in the Town of LeRoy, County of Genesee, State of New York, purchased or took possession of a second body armor.
