The State of Emergency is in place thirty days from issuance (5/17/23-6/16/23). The emergency orders placed during the State of Emergency “shall remain in effect for five days unless sooner modified, extended or revoked, and may be extended for additional periods not to exceed five days during the pendency of the local state of emergency.”
From this point forward, all updated emergency orders will be posted to the news release section of the county’s website at www.co.genesee.ny.us
