Adam D. Smart, 40, of Batavia, NY, is charged with forgery 2nd degree, possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree, criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree and two counts of petit larceny, after allegedly stealing $800 in cash and a blank check on February 14th, 2023 from a residence in Stafford.
Smart allegedly forged and attempted to cash the check on February 16, 2023 at Bank of America in Batavia.
Smart was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment on May 13, 2023.

Heather N. Holbrook, 38, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, during a traffic stop on December 19, 2022.
Holbrook was allegedly in possession of over 500mg of cocaine and suboxone(buprenorphine) strips.
Holbrook was held pending arraignment in CAP Court on May 18, 2023.

Kristen D. George, 26, and Margaret N. George, 20, both of Tonawanda Indian Reservation, are each charged with grand larceny 4th degree, for allegedly stealing more than $1,000 in cash from their previous employer on Bloomingdale Road on April 8, 2023.
They were released on appearance tickets and will appear in Alabama Town Court on June 20, 2023 at 6:00p.m.

Robert L. Drennen, 41, of Sweden, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree, after a report of a physical altercation at the Genesee County Jail,14 West Main Street, on May 16, 2023.
Drennen allegedly struck another person in the face.
He is scheduled to appear in City Court on May 31, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Michelle L. Marucci and Dodie Keller, no age or address provided, are each charged with petit larceny, endangering the welfare of a child and conspiracy 6th degree, after allegedly stealing merchandise from Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia, on May 15, 2023.
The incident allegedly occurred while in the presence of a juvenile.
