Johnny B. Koonce Jr., 32, of Conlon Rd., LeRoy, NY, is charged with unlawful imprisonment 1st degree and harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after allegedly refusing to let a person out of a moving vehicle on Rt. 20 in Pavilion on June 11, 2023 at 11:23PM.
Koonce also is accused of shoving the other person’s head into the door of the vehicle.
Koonce was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held pending CAP Court arraignment.

David A. Leach, 29, of Morganville Road, Stafford, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after a traffic stop on October 25, 2022.
Leach was allegedly in possession of cocaine. Leach was arrested on June 11, 2023 and issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in Stafford Town Court on July 13, 2023 at 6:00p.m.
