On July 8, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Joel J. Pederson, 38, of Wellsville, NY, charging him with criminal contempt 2nd degree.
Troopers responded to a 911 call of a domestic dispute in the town of Warsaw. Further investigation revealed that the victim had an order of protection against Pederson.
Pederson was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw. He was arraigned in the town of Warsaw court and released on his own recognizance.
