On August 8th, 2023, deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to an
incident on Embury Avenue in the Town of Castile.
After an investigation, Colin McMurtry, 41, of Castile, NY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended NYS driver’s license.
McMurtry was issued an appearance ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, uninspected
motor vehicle and forged inspection.
McMurtry is to appear in Castile Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

On August 11th, 2023, at about 12:39p.m., Frank A. Guy, 53, of Pike, NY, was arrested following a
traffic stop on East Koy Road near Lamont Road in the Town of Pike.
Guy is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked registration and uninspected motor vehicle.
Guy was processed roadside and released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Pike Town Court at a later date.
