The following were arrested at Six Flags Darien Lake during the Nickelback/Brantley Gilbert
Concert on August 16, 2023.
They were all issued appearance tickets to appear September 5, 2023, at 4:00 PM.
William J. Oatman, 23, of Liberty St., Adams, NY, was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly hitting a Live Nation security guard.
James R. Rogers, 24, of County Rd. 189 Adams, NY, was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly hitting a Live Nation security guard.
Matthew J. Morano, 28, of Harrison St., Blasdell, NY, was arrested and charged with trespass after allegedly refusing the leave the concert area after being told numerous times to do so.
Mitchell H. Simon, 22, of Lillyridge Dr., E. Amherst, NY, was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly pushing another subject.
Harry K. Elliott IV, 23, of Troy, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass 2nd degree and harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly climbing over a fence to enter the concert venue and hitting a Live Nation security guard in the chin.
