The following person was arrested at Six Flags Darien Lake during the Lumineers Concert on August 22, 2023:
Nicholas J. McKee, 27, of King Ave., New Castle, Ontario, Canada, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree after allegedly jumping over a fence into a restricted area of the concert venue.
McKee was issued an appearance ticket to appear September 5, 2023 at 4:00 PM in Darien Town Court.
