On 8/9/2023, Sean M. Conway, 46, of Pembroke, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree and uninspected motor vehicle. Conway was arrested after a traffic stop on Washington Avenue, where he was found to allegedly be in possession of an expandable baton. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. He is due to appear in Batavia City Court on 9/7/2023.
On 8/16/2023, Brian M. Raphael, 35, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with trespassing. Raphael was located inside the Aldi Store on East Main Street, after previously being trespassed from the store due to prior shoplifting incidents. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on 8/29/2023.
On 8/16/2023, Crystal M. Bouter, 34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Batavia City Court. Bouter was initially arrested on 7/6/2023 and charged with criminal mischief 4th degree, after allegedly damaging another person’s cellphone. She was issued an appearance ticket. A warrant was issued, after she failed to appear in court. Bouter was located on 8/16, while Officers were investigating a separate incident. Bouter was arraigned in CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court at a later date.
On 8/16/2023, Kyle J. Stack, no age provided, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree and failure to keep right (bicycle). Stack was arrested after officers attempted to stop him for riding a bicycle southbound in the northbound lane, on South Spruce Street. Stack allegedly fled on foot but was located a short distance away in a back yard. He was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in court, on 8/22/2023.
On 8/9/2023, Ashton L. Mohney, 33, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with assault 3rd degree and criminal obstruction of breathing. Officers were called to an address on Ross Street for the reported physical disturbance. It’s alleged that Mohney grabbed the victim by the neck and punched her in the head. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 9/7/2023.
On 8/16/2023, Ricky L. Miller, 41, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Batavia City Court. Miller was initially arrested for petit larceny on 5/24/2023, after allegedly stealing merchandise from Tops. He was issued an appearance ticket. A warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. Miller was arraigned on the warrant in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 9/13/2023.
On 8/16/2023, Frank R. Cratsenberg, 63, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Batavia City Court. Cratsenberg was arrested on 6/7/2023, after allegedly stealing merchandise from Kwik Fill on Jackson Street. He was issued an appearance ticket. A warrant was issued on 7/18/2023, after he failed to appear in court. Cratsenberg was arraigned on the warrant in Batavia City Court. He was released and is due back in court on 9/13/2023.
On 8/16/2023, Ryan M. Arner, 37, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. Arner was charged after an investigation into a fight that occurred at an address on State Street on 8/15/2023. It’s alleged that Arner pushed and headbutted another person. Arner was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 8/29/2023.
On 8/14/2023, Aaron R. Hatfield, 38, of Lockport, NY, was arrested for petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Hatfield is accused of stealing merchandise from Tops. During his arrest, Hatfield was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 8/29/2023.
On 8/14/2023, Myron D. Dupler, 76 of Batavia, NY, was arrested for public lewdness. It’s alleged that Dupler exposed himself, while in the area of Austin Park. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 8/29/2023.
On 8/13/2023, Kelli E. Wallace, 60, of Batavia, NY, was arrested for Petit Larceny. It’s alleged that Wallace stole merchandise from Tops. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 9/5/2023.
On 8/11/2023, James L. Brown, 40, of Albion, NY, was arrested for Petit Larceny. Brown was charged after allegedly stealing merchandise from 7 Eleven. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 8/29/2023.
On 8/8/2023, Paul Lee, 51, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree. Lee was arrested after he was allegedly found sleeping in a vacant house on Ellicott Street. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court, on 8/29/2023.
On 8/11/2023, Joanna F. Larnder, 30, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Batavia City Court. Larnder was initially charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree on 3/22/2023, after a traffic stop on Margaret Place. She allegedly failed to appear in court and a warrant was issued, on 5/18/2023. Larnder was arraigned in CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court, at a later date.
On 8/12/2023, Joshua J. Brower,39, of Medina, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Brower was arrested after a traffic stop on West Main Street, where he was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was issued traffic tickets and is due in Batavia City Court, on 8/30/2023.
On 8/12/2023, Fawn M. Mobley, 51 of Oakfield, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Mobley was arrested after officers located a vehicle driving on West Main Street with a flat tire. After an investigation, it was found that Mobley was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She was issued traffic tickets and is due in Batavia City Court, on 8/30/2023.
On 8/7/2023, Andrew T. Williams, 20, of Jamestown, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Batavia City Court. Williams was initially charged on 4/22/2023, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree and operating with a suspended registration, after a traffic stop on Cedar St. A warrant was issued, after he allegedly failed to appear in court. Williams was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court, on 8/30/2023.
