GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Bergen man charged with 12 counts of falsifying business records

Paul E. Cooper, 47, of Swamp Rd., Bergen, NY, is charged with 12 counts falsifying business records 1st degree, a class E felony, after allegedly making numerous false entries in his Federal Firearms License Aquisition and Disposition Logbook.

Deputies say Cooper allegedly attempted to conceal the crime of Criminal Possession of a Weapon by another person.

Cooper was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on November 8, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Todd J. Strong, 62, of Rochester, NY, is charged with felony DWI/two previous convictions within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and parking on a highway, after being located asleep at the steering wheel of his vehicle in the area of Rt. 33 and Wortendyke Road in the Town of Batavia on October 19, 2023 at 3:22a.m.

Strong was allegedly operating his motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated and was operating with a revoked license.

Strong was taken into custody and held at the Genesee County Jail pending central arraignment/CAP Court.

Larry F. Dillon, 62, of Covington St., Perry, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and failure to yield the right of way, after an accident on Rt. 63 in Pavilion on October 12, 2023 at 9:21p.m.

Deputies say Dillion was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated.

Dillon was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets.

He will appear in Pavilion Town Court on November 28, 2023 at 3:00p.m.
