Destinei N. Bradley, 31, of Hillcrest St., Rochester, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree following an investigation into an incident that occurred on August 5, 2023 at 9993 Alleghany Rd., at the 50 Cent concert at the Live Nation Preforming Arts Center.
Bradley is accused of causing physical injury to another person and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Darien Court on November 28, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Miguel E. Alvarez Jr., 28, of Main Rd., Corfu, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, operating a motor vehicle as an unlicensed driver and no/inadequate lights, following a traffic stop on Clinton Street Rd., in the Town of Batavia on November 1, 2023 at 1:30a.m.
Alvarez was issued uniform traffic tickets for all charges and released.
He is to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 21, 2023 at 3:00p.m. in front of Judge Funke.

Ronald W. Sibs, 58, of Stonebriar Lane, Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree, after allegedly entering Batavia Downs at 8315 Park Road in the Town of Batavia on October 28, 2023, and remained there with knowledge that he had been trespassed from the property.
Sibs was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 12, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Trevvohn S. Parker, 32, of West Ave., Medina, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly stealing fuel from the TP Deli at 837 Bloomingdale Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, NY, on October 7, 2023 after allegedly pumping fuel and driving away without rendering payment.
Parker was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on November 21, 2023 at 6:00p.m.
