There is a new waste removal option in the local landscape.
Triple R(RRR) Waste Removal is the creation of Joey Raziano and Bre Downs.
The couple have been serving the Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming County area for about 5 months, offering monthly garbage service, garbage and junk removal services, clean outs, and moving services. They also have a Veterans Program, which offers $11 off the monthly fee of $30 for trash removal.

Downs, 22, is currently going to school for nursing and is planning to become an RN. She also works at UMMC as a Patient Care Technician part time. Raziano, 24, is working on getting his CDL and currently works for a paving company in the summer, and a plowing company in the winter.
“Seeing how everybody was just paying outrageous amounts for a normal trash company, and how they weren’t getting treated right, we decided to start our own and charge less than the big companies, and treat everybody like they should be treated,” says Raziano.
Raziano says even if their customers forget to put their garbage out, they will go to the customer’s garbage can and remove the garbage for them.
“They like that we actually do that, says Downs. We treat them like family, not money. Coming from a family that didn’t have much, I know what it’s like to have and need money for your kids and sometimes you don’t have that extra to pay the big companies $400 every quarter.”
Raziano and Downs currently have about 60 customers in the Genesee, Orleans, Wyoming County area. They spend about 20 hours a week in their new venture. They have already upgraded to a dump trailer. Downs says they are working to get their LLC so they can hire employees.
“We don’t know if we’re going to get a bigger trailer or get another vehicle with a trailer and end up hiring people,” says Raziano.
Downs says she is thinking about the couple’s future as they are planning to get married soon.
“I knew that it would be good for us to help our relationship and help us grow together, especially financial wise for when we do have kids. I want to make sure that they are set in stone and then they can have something to look forward too when they get older.”
