Nicole Dell, AKA Nicole K Sullivan, 38, of Silver Springs, NY, was arrested and charged with Bail Jumping 3rd degree by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office. Dell was originally taken into custody on an active
Bench Warrant out of Warsaw Town Court.
Dell was arraigned in Warsaw Town Court on January 24, 2024 and committed to the Wyoming County Jail. Dell was scheduled to appear in Warsaw Town Court January 29, 2024

On January 27, 2024, at approximately 12:04 P.M., a Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputy stopped a
vehicle on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon for a speeding violation.
After a DMV check, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle, Janelle Rhodes, 37, of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, had a suspended New York State driver’s license.
Rhodes was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other
traffic infractions. Rhodes was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Sheldon Town Court
on February 12, 2024

On January 28, 2024, at approximately 4:50 P.M., the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to
Walmart, 2348 Route 19 in the Town of Warsaw, for a shoplifting complaint.
Walmart employees accused Jordan Baxter, 19, of Castile, NY, of taking merchandise without paying for it.
Baxter was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny.
Baxter was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Warsaw Town Court on February 12, 2024
