GENESEE COUNTY/United Way welcomes new Community Relationship Manager, Lindsey Dailey 

BATAVIA, NY – United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes has hired Lindsey Dailey as a community relationship manager. Dailey is responsible for community outreach, relationship stewardship, and supporting community schools in our six-county footprint.

“We are excited to have Lindsey join our team expanding our depth of community support,” shares Kari Buch, regional director at United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes. “With her background as a school social worker, she will focus on relationships between school districts and community-based organizations fostering connections and strengthening ties to improve resources for individuals and families across our region.”

In her most recent capacity, Dailey was the program director for My Brother’s Keeper at Batavia City School District. She developed activities and educational programs to drive improved early learning measures and increased retention. She also worked with school and community partners to improve advocacy, increase family knowledge of learning and pathways, and increase staff understanding of culturally responsive practices.  

Dailey has a Bachelor of Science-Social Work from Buffalo State College and a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo.
