BATAVIA/BHS State Wrestling Champion, Casper Stewart, recognized by Assemblyman Hawley

He says he will always keep Batavia High School in his memories and how his experience here helped shape him as a person. His first year is a prep year and then he will be at West Point for 4 years then serve four years in the service.

Assemblyman Steve Hawley recognized State Wrestling Champion Casper Stewart with an official state Assembly proclamation and citation at Batavia High School on Wednesday. 

Casper was crowned the Division II 145-pound State Champion after defeating Kieran Cullen in the finals 4-2. Assemblyman Hawley is proud of Casper’s accomplishments and is happy to be able to recognize him for his historic achievement as Batavia High School’s first state champion.
