Alexander J. Young, 29, of Corfu, NY, David M. Hawk, 39, of Batavia, NY, and Brandi R. Hough, 29, of Elba, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after a traffic stop on East Main Street in Batavia on April 25, 2024 at 1:52a.m.
The vehicle was stopped for traffic violations in the City of Batavia. Young, who was the driver, was also charged with failure to stop at t stop sign. All three occupants of the vehicle were transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and will appear in City of Batavia Court on May 14, 2024.

David A. Zwolinski, 70, of Darien, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, after the reported motor vehicle accident at Zwolinski’s home on Broadway Road at 11:18p.m.
Deputies say that after an investigation, Zwolinski was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. He was arrested and issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on May 14, 2024 at 4:00p.m.

Ryan C. Cook, 46, of Federal Drive, Batavia, NY, is charged with failure to report a change of address withing 10 days as a registered sex offender and failure to verify address every 90 calendar days as a level 3 sex offender or sexual predator on April 23, 2024.
Cook was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court on April 23, 2024 at 8:00p.m.

Brian Meyers, 53, of Bethany, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree after an investigation on Bethany Center Road on April 22, 2024.
Meyers allegedly pushed a male to the ground.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was held for CAP Court arraignment..
