On April 27, 2024, Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Damien L. McCullough, 31, of Rochester, NY, charging him with Burglary 3rd degree, a class D felony, Burglary 2nd degree and Petit Larceny.
On April 27, 2024, at 8:45 P.M., Troopers out of SP Batavia were dispatched to a residence on Lewiston Road in the town of Batavia for a burglary in progress. Troopers patrolled to the area and located the suspect on a bicycle with the caller following in a vehicle.
An investigation determined that McCullough allegedly attempted to enter the residence by force after allegedly breaking into the shed and vehicle on the property.
McCullough was arrested and processed at SP Batavia.
He is currently a resident of the Genesee County Jail according to Mobil Patrol.
