They held their Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on Monday afternoon to introduce Salvatore’s to Batavia. Hours are Sunday-Thursday, 11am-10pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11am-11pm. They currently have 20 employees.

Kevin Consaul is the franchisee Owner/Operator of this new beautiful location. Kevin and his wife, Kari Consaul, will operate the Batavia location along with family, friends & a crew of amazing staff.

Although new to the pizza business, Kevin is no stranger to operating a company. He owns a paving and seal coating company: Patriot Sealers & Paving. He proudly worked at Verizon Wireless for over 10 years working closely with Rochester businesses and meeting numerous acquaintances, one being Salvatore’s President, Kayla Kent-Moreira making the connection to the brand.
Kevin and Kari have 3 children, Lukas, Levi & Leightyn. Besides their immediate family, cousins and other relatives will also be part of this amazing journey.

Kayla Kent-Moreira, Salvatore’s President of Business Operations and Silvio Fantauzzo, Salvatore’s President of Restaurant Operations have been the two main leads in opening this new Batavia location.
Salvatore’s Pizza was started by Salvatore SoccerSam Fantauzzo as a young entrepreneur in his Home Economics class at Eastridge High School in 1978. Salvatore’s will celebrate 47 years of business this July. The Batavia location will be the 34th Salvatore’s location, and already the 2nd new location opened just this year, with another location also scheduled to open in Bushnell Basin this summer.
