Lyndsay J. Wilcox, 41, of Washington Avenue, Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, following an investigation of an incident that occurred at the Genesee County Jail, 3839 W. Main St. Rd., Town of Batavia on May 25, 2025, at 12:25p.m.
Wilcox allegedly entered the Genesee County Jail and violated a full stay away order of protection.
Wilcox was transported to the Genesee County Jail and appeared in CAP Court later in the evening.

Daquan J. Butler, no age provided, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested and charged with assault 2nd degree, after striking another inmate, causing physical injury to another person while he was incarcerated at the Genesee County Jail on May 25, 2025 at 3:43p.m.
Butler is currently being held at the Genesee County Jail and will appear in CAP Court on May 26, 2025 at 9:00a.m.
