Perry, NY – Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of a Perry resident following a domestic incident in the Village of Perry.
On May 27th, 2025, the Perry Police Department responded to a verbal domestic incident. While Officer Cross was on scene, it was determined that 29-year-old Kendra Lyons was involved in a verbal domestic incident with her mother in front of 3 young children.
Lyons allegedly slapped her mother while holding onto her 22-month-old child. Lyons was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd degree and endangering the welfare of a child and was transported to the Perry Police Department for processing.
Lyons was arraigned in Perry Village Court by Judge Wolcott, where a refrain from order of protection was issued. Lyons was released and is to appear in the Perry Village Court on 06/10/2025.
