Caleb M. Binnert, 50, of Main St., Elba, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI/operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .18% or more, DWI, speeding in a 55mph zone, and failure to dim lights, after a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in the Village of Elba on May 26, 2025 at 1:57a.m.
Binnert was released with traffic tickets and will appear in Elba Town Court on June 18, 2025 at 5:00p.m.
