Thoams C. Brade, 47, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, following an investigation of a domestic incident at Darien Lake Theme Park following a Live Nation Concert on July 19, 2025.
Brade was allegedly operating a vehicle with a BAC of .18% or more.
He was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 5, 2025 at 4:00p.m.

Dustin A. Goetze, 37, of Albion, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, uninspected motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with improper plates and operating a motor vehicle as an unlicensed driver, after an investigation of a reported abandon vehicle on Clinton Street Road in Stafford. Goetze was discovered to allegedly be the operator of on July 18, 2025 at 4:00a.m.
Goetze was taken into custody and transported to the Genesee County Jail and issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on August 18, 2025, at 10:00a.m.

Rachelle N. Laney, 39, of Byron, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after allegedly failing to abide by an order of protection signed by Judge Clattenburg out of Pavilion Town Court.
The incident occurred on July 23, 2025 at 6:02p.m. on W. Main Street Road in Batavia deputies say.
Laney was arraigned in CAP Court on July 23, 2025 at 9:00p.m. in front of Judge Mileham.
