Batavia, N.Y. – Property owners across Genesee County are invited to attend an upcoming informational session for the New York State Vacant Rental Rehabilitation Program, hosted by Genesee County in partnership with G&G Municipal Consulting and Grant Writing. The session will be held on Wednesday, August 6th, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at the Old County Courthouse Building, located at 7 Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020.

“We’re excited to partner with Genesee County to bring this opportunity to local property owners,” said Jay from G&G Municipal Consulting and Grant Writing. “This session is a great chance for landlords to learn how to take advantage of available funds to restore and activate their rental units.”

All property owners with vacant residential units in Genesee County are strongly encouraged to attend to see if the program fits their needs. No pre-registration is required.
